When you arrive to Hammerfest you see the church tower immediately. Opposite the church lies the cemetery that goes with it. A surprising amount of 18XX birth (and death) gravestones, all very well maintained, as well as the ground itself.
Germany – Hamburg – Friedhof Nienstedten
Last weekend we went do visit my great grandparent´s grave at the Nienstedten cemetery in Hamburg (Wikipedia, also available in English, but with much less information). This graveyard has been opened in 1814 and since been enlarged 11 times!
